Steve’s guest this week on the PME Interview is the somewhat larger than life figure of Mr. Eric Kleiman, formerly Director of Product Marketing at Continental Airlines and now CEO of Kleiman Enterprises (www.kleimanenterprises.com). During a long and illustrious career, Eric achieved many firsts for Continental so industry eyebrows were raised when the news broke that Eric and airline would be parting company. In today’s interview Eric talks to Steve Harvey about his time at Continental, the circumstances of his departure and what the future holds now.

John Bruckman – CEO, Interact

It’s tough to be a Customer Service Provider. Competition in the market place is intense and hard won business is often put in jeopardy when competing airlines merge or, even worse, go into chapter 11 or liquidation. Yet John Bruckman is a survivor. John’s Southern Californian based CSP company, Interact, has a healthy market share of the Central and South American market. Originally founded to source movies and TV shows, Interact has been diversifying to ensure the revenue keeps flowing. Steve Harvey talks to John Bruckman about what the future holds for Interact and CSPs in general.

Joe Carreira was getting restless and looking around for new opportunities. Then a friend called him out of the blue and asked if he would entertain a visitor from Brazil for a few days and show her around Vancouver, where he worked for Canadian Pacific Airlines.
